Did you miss The Hills this week? I'm not trying to hate, but I didn't miss it at all. And I know that damn show. Why didn't I miss it? Probably because it's drama factor has done anything but leave me on the edge of my seat.
What's a bummer about The Hills is that due to it's popularity and the LC and Heidi drama, we already know what's going to happen because they're all in Us Weekly every week. We know what's going to happen, and that's just no fun.
On to the scoop: LC and Audrina were seen Wednesday afternoon catching a flight out of LAX. They did an interview with TV Guide and answered some questions about the validity of the show.

Once and for all, is the show staged? Yes and no. “Who I am on the show is who I am in real life,” Audrina Patridge says. “What you see is what you get.” But it wasn’t just a coincidence that friends-turned-enemies Lauren and Heidi Montag went to the trendy restaurant Ketchup on the same night. “Lauren and Jason [Wahler] were going there, and Heidi and Spencer [Pratt] wanted to celebrate their anniversary,” says exec producer Adam DiVello. “Ketchup was one of the spots Spencer wanted to go to, so it just sort of worked out. It wasn’t planned on our behalf, but it is a little fake.”

How long do the girls have cameras with them each day? Sometimes hours, sometimes not at all. (Monday and Tuesday are their days off.) “We don’t have a set schedule,” Audrina says. “It depends on what’s going on.” At the beginning of each week, the girls speak with producers about their plans. “I hate to say we schedule their lives, but we definitely schedule out what we want to cover,” DiVello says.Is Heidi and Spencer’s relationship a sham? Not according to DiVello. “They’re very much in love when I see them,” he says. “They’re a real couple and definitely engaged. It’s not staged for the sake of our show. If they’ve got something else going on, we’ve yet to see it.”

How do Lauren and Audrina afford that apartment? We have no idea. MTV won’t name the complex (it’s not really called Hillside Villas) because when people find out, they camp in front waiting to see the stars. But a swanky two-bedroom apartment in that area costs about $3,000 a month. Audrina works part-time as a receptionist at Epic Records and Lauren is an intern at Teen Vogue. You do the math.

Do Lauren and Audrina have a standing reservation at Les Deux? No, but they’re friends with the promoters and owners, so they know they’ll always be whisked past the velvet rope. Plus, the other clubgoers seem to have gotten used to seeing the cast there all the time, so the camera crews can go about their business pretty much unbothered. “It’s like a home away from home,” Audrina says. If your home always has a fully stocked bar that is.

So much happened today. First of all, Britney should have gone to court today to try and get her kids back, but she let her lawyer take care of that. She was really busy in Studio City going to Starbucks and the gas station.
Oh yeah, she started the morning in Malibu at her home, and then ended up in the Hollywood Hills in her second home. Now, her and Alli Sims are at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. Where does she find the time to take care of her responsibilites and, go from the Westside, through the Valley and then back into Hollywood?!
Britney's lawyer was the one who requested the hearing today in an attempt to win back the original 50/50 custody agreement. But the judge denied her lawyer's request and said that Britney is allowed to see the kids, but she's only allowed supervised visits with Sean Preston and Jayden James.
Also -and I don't really care about this- Alli moved out of Britney's house and got her own apartment. Alli said that she had been planning this for months, so it wasn't abrupt or anything.

If you never watched it while it was on, you definitely missed out. Big time. That was one of the biggest and best trainwrecks that I have ever seen. Ever.
Here's some stuff she told USA Today:

"That was hard for me to watch. Disturbing. They'd put a camera on me when I got wind that my dog was in a coma, and they'd make it (seem) like it was about hair and makeup."

Um, maybe that's because it was about hair and makeup?! I've never seen a woman cry as often as her, and also, she would cry about the most ridiculous things. Oh well, it's over. It's leaving as quickly as it came!

Ben Affleck blames others for his own shortcomings.

Well if this isn't the fuckin kettle calling the pot black. Or however that saying goes. Ben Affleck had the nerve to say that dating Jennifer Lopez was bad for his image.
What image? Um, the last time he made a movie was in the late 90's, right? Okay, so that's a bit of an exaggeration, but he sucks. Really. He, just like Gwyneth Paltrow (they should have stayed together), is a cunt. He's supposed to be just a nasty person. And I buy it. Sure do.
Alright, alright. Here's what he had to say to Details magazine, on dating JLo:

“It was probably bad for my career (dating JLo). What happens is this sort of bleed-over from the tabloids across your movie work. You go to a movie, you only go once. But the tabloids and Internet are everywhere. You can really subsume the public image of somebody. I ended up in an unfortunate crosshair position where I was in a relationship and [the media] mostly lied and inflated a bunch of salacious stuff for the sake of selling magazines. And I paid a certain price for that. Then, in concert with some movies that didn’t work…”
