No way man. Pete Doherty was released from jail AND his charges were dropped! I told you guys yesterday that Pete Doherty had been arrested on Sunday for drug posession. Well, it turns out that what lead to the arrest was "a breach of bail." What I'm finding out though, is that if you are arrested on those charges, you MUST be brought into the courthouse and dealt with, within 24 hours...
Seeing as how he was not brought in, his charges were dropped, on a technicality... Well, it's not like it matters, he's been to jail and arrested so many times, we've lost count.
And I'm sure he's so fucked up all the time, that he's lost count too.
