K-Fed and his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, will literally stop at nothing to get what they want out of this custody case. Earlier this evening, I found out that the rehab in Malibu, Promises, where Britney spent time earlier this year for drug and alcohol abuse, was served with a subpoena today.
Can they do that?! Is that legal? I guess it kind of has to be legal, afterall, Kaplan is a lawyer, right?!
